of eight (8) employees. The combined experience of the TAI staff in engineering, aerodynamics,
woodworking, metalworking, composites, electronics and management gives the company an ability to
successfully produce a high quality product.

For the purpose of UAV design and production, TAI currently owns 12 acres of rural property. On
site is a newly constructed 4,600 sq.ft. building/shop situated beside a 2,650 ft. x 100 ft. private

production "in house". The private runway allows flight-testing to be conducted at anytime necessary,
without the concern of public spectators. Theiss Aviation, Inc. is currently registered in the DoD's
