Theiss Aviation, Inc. forms Partnership with Mizar Technologies, LLC.
Theiss Aviation, Inc. and Mizar Technologies, LLC. have chosen to merge their respective
technologies into a new partnership to better meet the needs of both commercial and DoD
customers. Though Theiss Aviation and Mizar Technologies will remain seperate and individual
entities, they have formed a third entity known as Mi-Thei Aerospace, LLC.
Mi-Thei Aerospace made its first public appearance at the "Kent State Aviation Day" held at
Kent State Airport (Kent, OH.) on September 7, 2003. The company was met with great reception
and interest in the new capabilities that the partnership now offers. Mi-Thei Aerospace is currently
working with Kent State University's Liquid Crystal Institute on possible solutions for "Active
Camouflage Systems".
